Complex commerce often fails at the boundaries between participants.

Availability, readiness, custody, hand-offs, routing and exception management may each be controlled by a different organisation, system or workforce.

The customer sees one promise. Operationally, that promise may depend on several independent actors with no shared, dependable state and no disciplined mechanism for early warning, authority or recovery.

What red.d is designed to coordinate

red.d is not primarily a marketplace, courier company or general-purpose AI platform. Its role is to coordinate the conditions under which a reliable commitment can be accepted, maintained and recovered.
